GMS Updates

Thank you for your flexibility over the last two weeks with reporting of results.  

England Hockey has advised all Areas that for this weekend we can start the reintroduction of GMS, which will be a staged process over the next two weekends.  

From today, Wednesday 5 October, users will be able to access GMS and perform tasks such as update match times and venues or confirm officiating appointments.  

Any unregistered players can register and any transfers that have been sent to GMS Support will be updated by Thursday 6 October.  

For this weekend (8/9 October) 

GMS will operate differently for Grades 1, 2 & 3 compared to Grades 4 & 5:  

No Google Form to report results!

Grades 1--3  

• Teamsheets and Matchsheets will be used as normal.  

Grades 4--5  

• Opposition contact details can be checked by starting a Teamsheet – we just ask that you do not complete one before Monday.
• Scores can be entered in GMS on Saturday by 8pm
• Teamsheets and Matchsheets can be added to GMS from Monday 10 October  

For all grades, from next week any missing recent results or teamsheets and matchsheets that are outstanding will be able to be added to GMS by clubs.

For the weekend of 15/16 October we expect GMS to be used fully for detailed results at all grades and this will be confirmed next week.
